At 0410 hours local time this morning (3 July), the dredge Mike Hooks reported that a boater had hit their pipeline at Lake Charles. The boater is missing and a search and rescue/recovery operation is underway.
Pilot services are suspended until the “All Clear” is given by the U.S. Coast Guard. Shifts in port are available.
