Pier #3 at Iskenderun Limak port is temporarily closed after a container vessel lost stability during offloading and 17 containers went overboard yesterday (18 September).
The operation to recover the containers is ongoing. No pollution, leakage or crew injury has been reported as a result of the accident.
Apart from Pier #3, the terminal remains open to all vessels for maneuvering in and out.
