Phase 3 of reopening

The Government is implemented the latest phase (Phase 3) of reopening the country, from 1 to 22 June, as follows:

  • Public services will reopen, rotational time for employees
  • Retail establishments reopen
  • Borders remain closed except for the managed entry of persons, including UWI students from all campuses across the Caribbean
  • All dentists and health care professionals resume work
  • Professional services - engineers, architects can begin work
  • Pubs, bars, cinemas remain closed
  • Malls, bookshops reopened
  • NLCB reopened
  • Caribbean Airlines will expand service to Tobago
  • Public Transportation Maximum capacity remains at 50%
  • From 8 June, spas, hairdressers and barber shops to reopen
  • From 22 June, religious institutions to reopen
