Swimming races around Peng Chau will take place from 0730 hours to 1500 hours on 7 October 2025. About 250 swimmers, escorted by guard boats, are expected to participate in the races.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of the race routes should proceed with caution and give a wide berth to the swimmers. Compliance with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 is mandatory.
In the event of inclement weather, the races will be postponed to 19 October 2025.
