The US Coast Guard Waterways Management Division has advised that vessels exiting the Ben Franklin Bridge zone will be free to do so between 0100 and 0500 every morning. At all other times, they will be required to be boarded and must request entry one hour prior to entering the zone.
During the times of enforcement at the Airport Security Zone all vessel traffic will be stopped - vessels in the zone / at MCA will be boarded and remain until the zone is reopened - vessels wishing to enter the zone will be denied entry until the zone is reopened.
