Opening of Central Marine Office

The Central Marine Office on 3/F., Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong will be opened from 0900 hours to 1100 hours on Saturday, 15 April 2017 for entry and outward clearance of all vessels. In the event of a black rainstorm warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory during the above period, the office will remain open as scheduled.

However, if the warning is issued less than 2 hours before 0900 hours, or a warning has been issued and remains in force after 0700 hours, the arrangements will be as follows:
(a) if the warning is cancelled before 1200 hours, the office will be opened from 1400 hours to 1600 hours on the same day; and
(b) if the warning is cancelled after 1200 hours, the office will be opened from 0900 hours to 1100 hours on Sunday, 16 April 2017.
