All departments of Istanbul Harbour Master will undergo will be an online system renewal/upgrade from 23:00 hours on Saturday (6 September) and 21:00 hours on 7 September. Any port related operational matters such arrival/departure control, crew change, etc. should therefore be communicated to the Harbour Master by the afternopon of Frikday 5 September at the latest.
