Indian on-signing seafarers who have received both vaccinations may come to Sri Lanka after 14 days from the date of the final dose. They will be accommodated at the Isolation Centre (IC) until they embark their vessel.
Crew off-signing from vessels that have called at an Indian port for discharge, or had Indians embark, can disembark at Sri Lankan ports without considering the earlier imposed 14-day period. They also will be accommodated at IC until repatriation.
Such on- not off-signers may mix up with the Sri Lankan community at all.
