Oil terminal repair works at Tolo Harbour

For approximately eight months from June 2026, oil terminal repair works are being conducted at Tolo Harbour from 0900 to 1700 hours daily (except Sundays and Public Holidays).

The works are being carried out by a dumb lighter with assistance from a tugboat and a work boat. The number of vessels engaged in the works changes from time to time to suit operational requirements. Vessels engaged in the works display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations and stay in the works area outside the hours of work.

A working area of approximately 50 metres is established around the lighter with yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights to mark the positions of its anchors.

Diving operations will be carried out from time to time during the hours of work. Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution and keep clear of the works area at slow speed, bearing in mind that there are diving operations in the area.
