Maritime Safety Queensland have issued the new VTS User Guide 2017 for the Great Barrier Reef and Torres Strait VTS User Guide 2017.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) requires all vessels transiting the Great Barrier Reef and Torres Strait area have the current user guide on board.
