Mackenzie Marine and Towage Pty Ltd has secured the towage licence for the ports of Esperance and Bunbury (PoB), and new tonnage rates will come into effect on Tuesday 6 December 2016.
These rates will be fixed until 6 December 2020 (the term of the licence).
