Please be advised that starting from 1 April 2015, the new tariffs at Banten port are as follows: I)HABOUR a) Domestic Flag -Commercial (Per GT/Period) Existing: 48 RP Agreement: 48 RP -Non Commercial (Per GT/Period) Existing: 24 RP Agreement: 24 RP b) Foreign Flag (Per GT/Period) Existing: 0,080 USD Offer: 0,160 USD Agreement: 0,080 USD II) BERTH a) Domestic Flag -Pier (Per GT/Etmal) Existing:38 RP Agreement: 60 RP -Breasting Dolphin & Float (Per GT/Etmal) Existing: 19 RP Agreement: 31 RP -Margin (Per GT/Etmal) Existing: 12 RP Agreement: 20 RP b) Foreign Flag -Pier (Per GT/Etmal) Exisiting: 0,086 USD Agreement: 0,108 USD -Breasting Dolphin & Float (Per GT/Etmal) Existing: 0,042 USD Agreement: 0,053 USD -Margin (Per GT/Etmal) Existing: 0,013 USD Agreement: 0,016 USD The tariff above exclude of VAT 10%. Domestic Flag Vessel in Domestic shipping free of VAT 10%. Foreign Flag Vessel charged VAT 10% except South Korea Flag Vessel due to Bilateral Relation. Other provisions still refer to SK.Direction No.HK.56/3/9/PI.II-2000. The agreed tariff will be evaluated every period 2 (two) years since the enforcement period.
