Negative PCR result no longer mandatory

From 1 March, Oman is permitting entry to the Sultanate for anyone who has taken two doses of vaccines approved in the Sultanate without the need for a negative PCR test result

Mandatory face masks only in closed spaces.

Hotel establishments are now permitted to operate at 100% of their capacity. Further, 100% regular attendance system in all academic levels can resume, with a commitment to all precautionary health measures, from starting Sunday 6 March.

Activities at halls, conferences, international exhibitions and other mass activities should continue to be held at 70% capacity provided that precautionary measures are adhered to.
