From 13 to 18 November, navy boat rides will be carried out between 0900 and 1745 hours in Cruise Bay between the working line bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01 deg. 15.783'N / 103 deg. 49.368'E
2) 01 deg. 15.680'N / 103 deg. 49.286'E
3) 01 deg. 15.680'N / 103 deg. 49.397'E
4) 01 deg. 15.649'N / 103 deg. 48.397'E
5) 01 deg. 15.649'N / 103 deg. 49.314'E
According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.110 of 2019, during the boat rides, the craft will move at a maximum speed of 6 knots along the designated route. A safety boat will be deployed to warn other craft and vessels of the boat ride, and to provide assistance.
When inside Cruise Bay, mariners are reminded to:
a) Maintain a proper lookout;
b) Proceed at a safe speed and to navigate with caution;
c) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 05 (Cruise Bay Control);
and
d) Communicate with Cruise Bay Control on VHF Channel 5 for assistance, if required.
