The works [are being] carried out by two flat top barges. One work boat, one guard boat and two tugboats provide assistance. The number of vessels engaged in the works changes from time to time to suit operational requirements.

A working area of approximately 100 metres around each flat top barge is established. Yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights and radar reflectors are laid to mark the positions of the anchors extending from the barges.

The hours of work are from 0700 to 1900 hours from Monday to Saturday. Vessels employed for the works do not stay in the works locations outside the hours of work.

Vessels engaged in the operations will display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations.

Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution.
