Marine Services Pulse Survey (2025)

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) will be conducting the Marine Services Pulse Survey (MSPS), formerly known as Annual Marine Services Survey (AMSS), from 13 October to 24 November.

The MSPS seeks to gather feedback from shore-based operators (shipping agents and marine terminal/ operation managers) and shipmasters on their user experience with marine services in the Port of Singapore during 2025. Insights from the feedback will inform improvements and ensure that marine services for ships in Singapore remain of a consistently high standard.

Responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential.

SHORE-BASED OPERATORS
Shore-based operators who have operated in the last 6 months will be informed about the survey via email. They may also participate in the survey via the following link: https://go.gov.sg/msps-sb

SHIPMASTERS
This Port Marine Notice will be shown to shipmasters by harbour pilots from PSA Marine Pte Ltd. Shipmasters who arrived in the Port of Singapore in the last 6 months will also be informed about the survey via email. They may also participate in the survey via the following link: https://go.gov.sg/msps-sm
