To limit the spread of respiratory infections including Coronavirus (COVID-19), we request you to adhere to the following practices with immediate effect.

  • All crewmembers on board should wear face masks covering the mouth and nose.
  • All crewmembers should wear disposable gloves and should adopt other best practices highlighting personal hygiene.
  • The agent should submit the certificate on the health condition of the crew (issued from the port of loading) prior to the vessel’s entry into the port.
  • Vessel Master should submit the health declaration form prior to the arrival.

The above-mentioned requirements should be considered as a top priority by all vessels/agents to ensure we sustain a healthy working environment.
