The appointment of Watchman on board foreign vessels anchored and moored at Pasur channel of Mongla Port Authority has been made mandatory to ensure overall safety and security.
If any shipping agent fails to provide Watchman on board ship, necessary legal action will be taken against the shipping agent including revocation of license.
