There has been a major break-down to Reclaimer #2 isolating stockpiles in the southern yard of Port Kembla Coal Terminal.
Reclaimer #1, which feeds vessels with stockpiles in the northern yard, remains in service.
The break-down to reclaimer #2 is having an effect on the shipping programme with vessels with cargo in the northern yard permitted to load.
A Force Majeure notification may be considered by Port Kembla Coal Terminal (PKCT). If so, affected shippers will be advised accordingly.
