The West lane of Miraflores Locks will be out of service from 22:00 hours on Tuesday, August 2, until 22:00 hours on Friday, August 5, 2016 (3 days). Further, the West lane of Pedro Miguel Locks will be out of service from 00:01 hours to 12:00 hours on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 (12 hours).
As a result, and in accordance with the rules governing the Transit Reservation System, Booking Condition 2 for the Panamax Locks will be in effect. Booking Condition 2 reduces the available slots for Supers from 17 to 10, and from 8 to 6 for Regulars.
Therefore, there will no booking slots available for the period Aug 3-5 (all first and second period slots taken) for Supers in the opening of the third period unless there is a cancellation. There will be 2 slots for Regulars in the opening of the third period.
