Puerto Rico remains under lockdown and COVID-19 quarantine. No crew members may embark or disembark at its ports, and shore leave is not allowed.
Borders and airports are open, although San Juan airport is only handling domestic flights. The authorities have implemented very strict safety and security measures including COVID-19 testing and quarantine process.
