The Kiel Canal Authority has announced that the New Big South Lock Chamber at Brunsbüttel will be out of service for repairs from 0700 hours on Monday 7 March until about 1600 hours on Tuesday 8 March.
During this period, the Big North Lock Chamber and Old locks will remain in service.
