Jetty removal & reinstatement work

Work to remove and reinstate Vopak Sebarok Island Jetty 9 and 10 is being carried out until 14 July.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.15 of 2026, the work is being conducted between 0700 and 1900 hours local time daily - including Sundays and public holidays - at sea, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01 deg. 12.020’N / 103 deg. 47.557’E
2) 01 deg. 12.020'N / 103 deg. 47.648’E
3) 01 deg. 11.976'N / 103 deg. 47.648’E
4) 01 deg. 11.976'N / 103 deg. 47.557’E

Work may be carried out after 1900H during low tide hours.

The scope of work includes the removal of damaged dolphins and catwalks, installation of replacement piles, installation of replacement catwalks, and construction of dolphin pile caps.

A safety boat will attend all times to warn and re-direct craft in the vicinity to keep clear of the working area.

Craft involved in the works exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 68 (West Control);
and
e) Communicate with West control for assistance, if required.
