Due to bridge contruction works, Izmit Bay will be closed to traffic both ways (in and out) for 20 hours from 0600 hours on 15 March to 0200 hours on 16 March. Vessels, owners, managers, masters should take necessary safety and security precautions and not sail into Izmit Bay during the mentioned period.
