Installation of temporary mooring buoy system

Work is underway until 9 June 2026 to install a temporary mooring buoy system for Vopak Sebarok Jetty 10.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.163 of 2025, the work is being conducted 24 hours daily - including Sundays & public holidays - at sea, within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01°12.031’N / 103°47.534’E
2) 01°12.031'N / 103°47.614’E
3) 01°11.979'N / 103°47.614’E
4) 01°11.979'N / 103°47.534’E

A crane barge will lower all the anchoring components of the mooring buoy system. A work boat will be used to record all the components coordinates.

Craft involved in the works exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 68 (West Control);
and
e) Communicate with West control for assistance, if required.
