Immigration authorities at Yanbu airport have started imposing a fee on crew arriving to sign-on.
The fee was introduced at Jeddah in November, and has now been put into effect at Yanbu.
The fee must be paid by a bank transaction and the receipt presented to immigration officials either at Jeddah or Yanbu airport (depending on joining crew’s flight route) to clear the joiner from the airport.
