High water restrictions rescinded

Effective Wednesday May 13th, the NOBRA Pilot Board of Examiners are rescinding their High Water Restrictions that were put into place on March 30th of this year.

The requirement for vessels with a draft of 35 feet or greater to maintain a pilot onboard while at anchor remains in effect.
