Vessel traffic in the Turkish Straits and ports (especially in northern parts) is being disrupted by heavy snowfall. Most flights into Istanbul have been cancelled. Further, GAC husbandry operations have been halted due to the snowfall. Services, especailly in the Turkish Straits, will be performed weather permitting.
