In the past, harbour dues of RMB 6.6/MT at CNOOC Tianjin LNG Terminal were paid by the receiver, CNOOC Tianjin.
However, from October 2018, CNOOC Tianjin is no longer willing to pay these fees and their intention is that responsibility for payment of cargo dues will be with the shipper.
