The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a local cautionary signal (LC-III) to all Gujarat ports due to squally weather conditions.
Vigorous monsoon activity is expected to bring squally weather along and off the Gujarat coast, with winds of 50–60 kmph gusting up to 70 kmph from the southwesterly to westerly direction. The sea will experience high waves from the same direction along both the north and south Gujarat coast.
