Due to the upcoming Carnival holidays in Panama, Government institutions including Customs & Immigration will not be working from tomorrow evening (Friday 24 February), and will resume on a special schedule on Wednesday 1 March. Banks will also be closed Monday and Tuesday, and will have special schedule on Wednesday.
As a result, it may not be possible to arrange for spares receipt and clearance, crew visas and Cash to Master during the holiday period.
