As per advise from Houston Pilot Office, ship traffic at Houston and Galveston and Texas City was shut down at 2100 hours last night (18 March) due to fog. Ship traffic in Texas City was halted at 2230 hours. At Beaumont and Port Arthur was shut down at at 0045 hours today (19 March).
