Extension of lockdown and sanitary curfew

The COVID-19 lockdown and sanitary curfew in Mauritius has been extended to 1 June, with some essential activities due to resume from 15 May if all goes well.

Vessels may call at anchorage for bunkering and pick-up of spares only, provided that:
- no crew members disembark while at anchorage
- there is no human interaction between crew members and operators during loading
- at no time should agents/operators involved in loading board the ship or ship crew board the bunker barge.

The airport remains closed until further notice.
