The Singapore government’s Exercise Highcrest 2025 will be held at sea from 24 to 28 November, in the vicinity of Man-of-War (AMOW) and Eastern Bunkering A (AEBA).
Coordinated by the Singapore Maritime Crisis Centre, it will involve agencies including the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore, Singapore Armed Forces, Singapore Police Coast Guard, and Singapore Civil Defence Force.
As advised in the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.146 of 2025, the exercise will be conducted between the hours of 0800 and 1800 hours local time daily, within the area bound by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1) 01°18.880’N / 104°03.555’E
2) 01°18.370'N / 104°03.555’E
3) 01°18.395'N / 104°04.820’E
4) 01°17.780'N / 104°05.400’E
5) 01°17.843'N / 104°05.730’E
6) 01°18.870'N / 104°04.715’E
Vessels involved in the exercise will exhibit the appropriate local and international day and night signals. Visual and sound effectors (such as blank rounds) will be utilized during the exercise. Loud noises may be expected. The public is advised not to be alarmed.
The Port Master will restrict all vessels from transiting, anchoring or remaining in the exercise area between 0800 and 1800 hours on 24-28 November.
