Establishment of Restricted Area for drone exercise

A Restricted Area will be established on 9 January 2026, from 1800 hours to 2200 hours, in Victoria Harbour off the Hung Hom Promenade to facilitate a drone performance.

The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 18.019’N / 114 deg. 11.285’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.955’N / 114 deg. 11.318’E
(C) 22 deg. 17.917’N / 114 deg. 11.228’E
(D) 22 deg. 17.982’N / 114 deg. 11.196’E

During the aforementioned period, no vessels, other than Government launches, will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. All vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.

In the event of inclement weather or emergency, the fallback date would be 10 January 2026.
