Restricted Area & closure of landing steps at Convention and Exhibition Centre

A Restricted Area will be established on 13 (rehearsal) and 15 (event day) April 2026, from 1600 hours to 2300 hours, in Victoria Harbour off the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to facilitate a drone performance.

The Restricted Area is bounded by straight lines joining the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (E) and the adjacent shoreline:
(A) 22 deg. 17.063’N / 114 deg. 10.318’E
(B) 22 deg. 17.063’N / 114 deg. 10.261’E
(C) 22 deg. 17.214’N / 114 deg. 10.261’E
(D) 22 deg. 17.214’N / 114 deg. 10.464’E
(E) 22 deg. 17.110’N / 114 deg. 10.464’E

During the aforementioned periods, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre Landing (HP080) will be temporarily closed. Owners and coxswains of vessels are advised to use other landing facilities in the vicinity during the periods of closure. Other than Government launches and permitted vessels engaged in the performance, no vessels will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area.
