Establishment of a Restricted Area off Starling Inlet

12 May 2025 / Hong Kong

From 1100 hours to 1300 hours on 21 May, a Restricted Area will be established at the waters off Starling Inlet for conducting an exercise led by Home Affairs Department.

The Restricted Area is formed by straight lines joining the following coordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (D):
(A) 22° 32.833’ N / 114° 14.447’ E
(B) 22° 32.480’ N / 114° 14.277’ E
(C) 22° 32.480’ N / 114° 14.125’ E
(D) 22° 32.833’ N / 114° 14.295’ E

During the aforementioned period, other than Government launches and exercise participants, no vessels will be allowed to enter or remain within the Restricted Area. Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of all vessels navigating in the vicinity should keep away from the Restricted Area.
