The Zhanjiang MSA Marine Department for Ebola Virus Protection has advised that visiting vessels which have loaded at ports in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Congo are prohibited from entering the port of Zhanjiang. This includes those vessels which have berthed at third ports (such as Singapore) for bunkers. For vessels sailing from other African ports, the agent must declare 7 days in advance of arrival with all the necessary ship documents.
