E-documentation process (COVID-19)

During COVID19 situation the generating of documents from/to Port to all agents/business partners as hard copies will be ceased. All documents such as, but not limited to, port clearance, Suez Canal certificates, cargo gate passes will be processed, signed, stamped, and emailed with scanned colour to respective requesters.

Also, please note that there will be no more collecting of any original documents to/from Port as no personnel will be allowed into Port building for hard copy applications.

Accordingly, Mesaieed Port will start the above new mechanism with immediate effect from today (23 April) onwards.

To facilitate any documents or applications, the request to be sent to correspondant email:

Cargo Gate passes, Gate passes, Boarding passes, Photographic permit, Statement of Facts, Equipment Timesheet & Valuation/Invoice will be processed during official working hours only.

Yard Service Request, Entry Permit, Exit Permit, Supply Forms, Port clearance and Suez Canal certificates will be processed 24/7.

Based on the above, no more hard copies to be delivered by hand to CT7 building.
