Details are as below: * Racing Area: between Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. * Time & Date: between 1100-1200 hours LT on Friday 21 March 2014. All VTS (Hamriyah port, Khor Dubai, Port Rashid, Fishing Harbours and Jabal Ali Port) are requested to advise vessels accordingly. Owners, agents, charters, marinas, yacht club and recreational sailing organisations shall ensure that the contents of this notice are made known to the masters and persons in charge of their vessel.
