The A-4 turning basin and bunker anchorage at Lake Charles will be dredged over the next month.
Equipment is being set up today (30 October) and dredging will commence when the dike construction is completed, estimated to be within the next five days.
A-4 may be available for bunkering before actual dredging starts, after which alternate bunker locations must be used (A-2 or a lay berth).
