DORSCON Yellow precautionary measures

28 Apr 2022 / Singapore

On 22 April 2022, the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH) announced that the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) level will be adjusted down from Orange to Yellow (https://www.moh.gov.sg/news-highlights/details/further-easing-of-community-and-border-measures/).

The DORSCON framework gives an indication of the current disease situation. The local situation has been improving, with daily cases falling and stabilising, and the impact of the disease has been mitigated by high vaccination rates.

Safe Management Measures (SMMs) [are] eased from 26 April 2022 to reflect the current posture.

MPA urges everyone to remain vigilant and exercise social responsibility as the situation can change quickly in the face of new variants. Individuals must continue to adhere to the prevailing SMMs and health advisories, and practice good personal hygiene.
