Repair works to dolphins within To Kwa Wan Typhoon Shelter commenced on July 17, 2026 and are expected to continue for approximately five months.
Operations will be conducted by a crane boat during daytime working hours, with safety zones, anchored equipment and silt curtain arrangements established around the work sites.
Vessels using the typhoon shelter should exercise caution when navigating near the repair locations.
