The daylight transit option for non-daylight restricted vessels under 91 feet (27.74 meters) in beam booked for transit, which is available to passenger vessels and yachts, is also available to military vessels and other non-commercial government-owned vessels.
Military vessels and other non-commercial government-owned vessels were inadvertently omitted from the Notice to Shipping N-7-2016 published earlier this year.
