Mariners are advised of cruise vessels anchoring north of Phillip Island. Tender vessels will transport passengers to and from the cruise vessels and Rhyl Pier between 12:00 and 23:00 on the days listed below:

Golden Princess – Wednesday, 20 December 2017
Seabourn Encore – Tuesday, 23 January 2018
An exclusion zone of 100 meters will be in place around cruise vessels while in Western Port. Unauthorised entry into this zone is strictly prohibited. The exclusion zone will be monitored by a security vessel.
Mariners are also prohibited from entering the Parks Victoria mandated set aside area during the times nominated above and are advised to navigate with caution within the vicinity of the cruise ship and tender activity.
