Effective immediately, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Lake Charles no longer requires written Crew Member Declarations (Customs Form 5129) for off-signing crewmembers.
In limited circumstances, where a written Customs Form 5129 is required, CBP will provide the crewmember with the declaration.
