Crew changes and shore leave are not permitted at Colombian ports.
Calling vessels must send their Maritime Declaration of Health 5, 4, 3, 2 days and 24 hours, 12 hours and 2 hours prior to arrival, and confirm that the body temperature of all crew is below 37.5 degrees C. Vessels must also send an updated list of the last 20 ports at least 24 hours before the vessel's arrival to the port.
Any sickness on board must be reported to the authorities.
