Crew change flight package for seafarers travelling to Sri Lanka

The Private Public Partnership (PPP) is offering a special package, via Male, for Indian seafarers joining vessels in Sri Lanka. The USD 5,500 package (per seafarer), includes:

14 days quarantine in Male

  • Arrival and departure Visa and Immigration/Customs handling at Male airport
  • 3 star full board single occupancy hotel accommodation under strict Health Ministry Guidelines (additional stays charged separately)
  • Taxi (airport/hotel/airport)
  • PCR test on arrival & departure (additional PCR tests USD 150 each)
  • Security cover
  • 12% tax

Charter flight air ticket from Male to Mattala

Land-based isolation centre facility in Sri Lanka

  • Land transport from airport to isolation centre under Sri Lankan Navy escort
  • Hotel isolation under strict Health Ministry Guidelines, with meals, for one day (additional stays charged separately)
  • PCR test on arrival (additional PCR test USD 75 each)
  • Land transport from isolation centre to Galle or Colombo Port under Sri Lankan Navy escort (Trincomalee Port transport charges separate)
  • Any required payments to the Navy/Army
  • 8% Tax

Note:

  • Air travel from India to Male to be arranged by the Principal/Manning Agent
  • Payment 100% in advance on first come, first served basis
  • Cancellation within 48 hrs charged at 50% of the package price per seafarer
