There are no restrictions imposed on vessels arriving at most Saudi Arabian ports after conducting a crew change at their last port.
The Master must send the updated crew list and mention the same in the Maritime Declaration Health message to prior arrival, as well as the updated crew body temperature report daily from 72 hours prior to arrival, to the appointed agents/terminal.
At Yanbu, however, If the last port of call was in India, fumigation will be applicable at anchorage before vessel berthing. The Master should send the MOH-Health Declaration forms for all crew members and the Master Declaration Letter to the agent together with the pre-arrival documents.
