COVID-19 Update

The Prime Minister of The Bahamas has addressed the country this week regarding COVID-19, which is in its second wave in the Bahamas.

Kindly note:

  • Borders remain closed however charter flights are allowed with proper authorisation given.
  • Depending on the type of request, person(s) enquiring to travel by air or sea will need to complete a flight/request for travel by sea form
  • Additionally, the individual must apply for health visa at https://travel.gov.bs/ and submit all information to [email protected]
  • COVID-19 testing can be done for off signers but the turnaround time for results is 4 to 5 working days and crew will have to remain onboard until a negative test is received
